Got this to listen to music and meditation before bed. It is so comfortable and very easy for me to go to sleep using. Love the sleep timer feature. It doesn't go on longer than I need it to.

I bought this because I was going into hospital for a short stay. It was super easy to set up & pair with my phone. Extremely comfortable to wear & blocked out all light. Used an app with a sound bath to help me drift off to sleep. It was perfect for sleeping during the day & blocked out the ward noise. Would highly recommend. Would make a really nice gift for someone going into hospital.

Honestly since getting older and struggling with sleep it was hard to know what best to do. I didn’t want to rely on tablets. Then I discovered snooze band. I tend to listen to white noise or meditation and it’s allowed my mind to have that all important switch off. What’s more amazing is how comfy it is. I wear this every night and have even used it for travel. Definitely a must if you struggle to sleep especially as a woman getting older with perimenopause. Thank you snooze band!!

I really like the auto-shutoff feature, and the snoozeband is easy to turn on again if I wake up in the middle of the night and need to listen to some more music so I can fall back asleep.

Bought it for Wife’s Birthday and she’s over the moon with it.

My son recommended the SnoozeBand Pro as he has been using his for over a year, in his words "life changing" I just bought 2 for my sister and nephew and they 100% agree. I think this year they will be number 1 on my Christmas list for the family.
