I left a review upset that this product stopped working after 1 month of use and when contacting the customer service I just got an apology and told I shouldn't have left it charging over over night as apparently this can break them. I often leave electric items charging over night like many other people do so was surprised with the email response.
I originally tried everything I could to get it working again. I was persistent over many days trying again and again until I gave up.
A couple of weeks later I tried one last time and it finally turned on! I'm happy to report back I've been using it almost a year since then and had no issues, very happy. Although I never let it charge more than 3 hours over fear it'll happen again!
I love the new pink silk device that's come out - thank you for creating that Snoozeband, I really want it!
